Your Privacy, Plainly Explained

ZeroGrime Solutions holds public liability insurance for the cleaning and pressure washing work we carry out. If something is damaged while we are working on your property, tell us straight away and we will deal with it properly rather than leaving you to chase it.

Everyone who attends a job is background checked and trained before they start. We do not subcontract your job out to a third party you have not been told about.

If you need a certificate of currency for your insurer, body corporate or property manager, ask us and we will send it through.

We collect only what we need to quote and do the work:

• •Your name, and a business name where the job is commercial
• •Your phone number and email address, so we can reply to you
• •The property address and the details of the job you want done
• •How you heard about us, which tells us where to spend our time
• •Anything else you choose to put in the message box

We do not ask for and do not store payment card details through this website.

So we can see which pages are useful, this site records a page view each time you open a page. That record holds the page address, where you arrived from if a link sent you here, and a randomly generated session code stored in your browser for the length of your visit.

That session code is not linked to your name, and we cannot use it to identify you. It is there to tell one visit apart from another. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not build an advertising profile of you.

Your details are used to:

• •Prepare and send you a quote
• •Contact you about a booking, a change or a question about the job
• •Turn up at the right place at the right time
• •Keep a record of work done, in case you need it later

We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join, and we will not keep contacting you if you tell us you are not interested.

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise give your personal information to any third party. Not to advertisers, not to lead generation companies, not to other cleaning businesses.

The only exceptions are the ones you would expect:

• •Where you have asked us to, for example sending a clearance confirmation to your property manager
• •Where the law requires it, such as a valid order from a court or a government authority
• •To the service providers listed below, purely so this website and our systems can run

Running a website means using a few outside services. They only ever hold what they need to do their job, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

• •Supabase. Stores quote requests, contact messages and page view records in a secure database.
• •Netlify. Hosts this website and serves the pages to your browser.
• •Google Maps. Provides the service area map on the home page. Loading that map involves a request to Google.
• •Google Fonts. Provides the typeface used across the site.

Enquiries are held in a password protected database that only Aaron and authorised staff can open. Access is restricted at the database level, not just by a login screen, and the connection between your browser and our systems is encrypted.

We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as there is a reason to, normally so we can service repeat work, handle a warranty question or meet our tax and record keeping obligations. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email zerogrimesolutions@gmail.com and we will come back to you within a few business days.

If we are in the middle of a job for you, or we are required to keep a record for tax purposes, we will tell you what we have to hold on to and why.

Quotes are based on the information you give us and, where we have done one, an inspection of the property. If the job turns out to be materially different once we are on site, we will talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.

We need safe access to the areas being cleaned, and for pressure washing we need a working water supply and power unless we have agreed otherwise. Let us know in advance about anything fragile, recently painted, or otherwise not to be touched.

If you are not happy with the work, tell us within a reasonable time and we will come back and put it right.

If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version applies from 1 September 2026.
